If you've decided to join us, you may be wondering what to do next?!... Here are the Pack 3 "1-2-3's" for getting started.
**PLEASE NOTE that Pack 3 firmly believes that finances should NEVER, EVER be a reason a child does not join Scouting! We have several options to support families - please reach out to Info@Pack3CDA.org, or speak to one of you leaders, for more information!**

Where? Click here to register your Scout(s) with BSA (note: Pack 3 and Pack 3003 are the same Pack!)
Why? This registration prompts creation of a Scoutbook Account for your Cub, for tracking of their journey throughout the Scout program (and connects you with Scoutbook's official channel of communication for our Pack). Fees go towards supporting Scouting on a national and regional level.
How Much? ** $105 ($85 for BSA, and $20 for INW Council). A subscription to Scouting Life magazine is optional ($15).

While we would LOVE all adult family members to officially register/volunteer as well - this registration is not required, especially right away!
A few days after submitting your youth application, your Scout will be registered with Pack 3
You’ll then receive an email to connect to your Scout’s account. Please be sure to open this email and follow the instructions! A current email is super important - we use this as a primary source of communication with our Families!

Why? These funds directly support Pack 3! They go towards things such as food, prizes, awards and recognition, rental of facilities and site locations, and MANY other fun things we will do throughout the year.
How Much? ** $15/year (per Scout)

Pack 3 uses a platform called CheddarUp for registrations, sign-ups, and to collect dues and activity fees
An account w/CheddarUp is NOT required, but optional for ease of use
Payment options include: Electronic (including Apple Pay/Google Pay w/ fee), Cash or Check, or "Scout Accounts" (funds your Scout can earn thru fundraisers)
